Jammu, Feb 10 (KNO): The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Tuesday said that the proposal to enhance the honorarium of Personal Assistants (PAs) of Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) is under examination.
In a written response as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), to a question asked by MLA Central Shalteng, Tariq Hamid Karra, the government stated that the proposal for enhancing the honorarium of PAs of legislators is currently being examined by the Finance Department.
“A proposal has been received from the Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Department regarding enhancement of the monthly honorarium of Personal Assistants engaged with MLAs, and the matter is under examination in the Finance Department,” the minister said—(KNO)
